Many international documents on human rights clearly state that no person is illegal or without the protection of the law. Despite, the outlined principle that discrimination and abuse by immigration status being regarded as violations of human right.
The U.S. government policies continuously authorize such rights violations against migrants and immigrants. Many are the groups which contest for civil rights, rights that contain civic rights, human privileges, and migrant moralities across the nation.
Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights LA (CHIRLA)
One of the leading groups that fight for individual and immigrant rights is the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA). They are the agents that steer the society into realizing the free mobility of human rights contribution in equality so that immigrants are also included in the society.
This group was made after the 1986 Act. The immigration restructuring and regulator act where workers were not hired if they were undocumented. This was and indicator for possibilities of misusing and ill-treating workers. Michael and Jim are supported and funded by volunteers, staff, and partners to implement the international standards of human rights while enforcing the rule of law. They have influenced and changed the lives of women, children, and immigrants for over 30 years.
Advocates for human rights
This is a non-governmental organization that is devoted to the protection and promotion of international human rights. The advocates record abuses of human rights supports individuals, educates people about human rights and provides teachings and practical assistance to address and avert human rights violations.
Coalition for Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CCIR)
Is also an NGO that advocates immigrant rights located in Washington DC formed in 2003 to produce detailed immigration reform. It was involved in the 2004 Immigrant Workers Freedom Ride, demonstrated after the Freedom Rides of the Civil Rights Movements, and acts as an authority firm for various national and local immigrant rights organizations for support and alliance building.
ACLU Immigrants’ Right Project
Devoted to enforcing and expanding the civil rights and liberties of immigrants and suppressing judgment against them, the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project was initiated. For over 25years, the ACLU has been on the ahead of every key legal fight on behalf of settlers concentrating on rules that refute settlers admittance to courts, enforce unspecified and compulsory confinement, and discriminate by nationality.

Lacey & Larkin Frontera Fund
The initiators of Phoenix New Times, Jim and Michael and were two former reporters that have decided to offer money to groups that contest for immigrant rights throughout Arizona. They fund this project using the settlement money they acquired after winning a case against the sheriff.
Michael Lacey and Jim Larking were detained from their homes and jailed that night when doing a report on the sheriff. They showed that there were grand jury events that were thought to get journalists minutes after they did something regarding the sheriff.
The two reporters, driven by their fight concerning the enactment of the first modification rights, sued the county and earn the case and as a result, earned a $3.75 million settlement money.
